Needs/requirements behind the projects
Starting from an in-depth analysis of the profiles to be evaluated, work will then be carried out with the Resources through a process of development of their potential and their soft skills, taking into account the company objectives and the policy lines agreed with the Group’s HR Director.
Design and provision of the Assessment Center intervention at the identified hr: semi-structured individual interview, role playing, analysis of business cases, tests, value orientations and group tests.
Measurement of the analyzed soft skills (declaratory skills) and level verification (SSG PERFORMANCE MONITOR method) for each recipient in relation to:
- relational area (communication, leadership, team working)
- emotional area (stress management)
- innovative area (problem solving)
